"I used Sulekha to look for…"
I used sulekha to look for a local service, i did get a few calls quickly, which was helpful. But yeah, some of the listings and reviews felt a little too polished, so I didn’t completely trust everything right away. I ended up checking on Google too and asking the service providers a few questions directly. Overall, not bad at all, but I’d say it’s better to verify things before you book.

"Decent service, but timing could be better"
I used Sulekha to find someone for some home work, and overall it was an okay experience. The guy who came was polite and seemed to know what he was doing, so no complaints about the actual work. But he did show up late, and I had to call twice just to confirm the timing. Also, the way he explained the charges was a bit confusing. Not a bad service overall, but they definitely need to work on being more punctual and clear with communication...

"Helpful when I felt stuck"
I was feeling trapped because I had no idea which plumber to call, so I tried Sulekha. Within a few minutes, I started getting calls, and the pricing seemed okay too. The plumber came the same day, which was a big relief. it’s a useful site when you’re stuck and don’t know where to start.

"Good for managing my business account"
I’ve been using sulekha.com for my business account, and overall my experience has been good. The dashboard is easy to understand, and I’m able to update my business details without too much hassle. One time my account settings got messed up, and the support team helped me sort it out. The only thing I’ve noticed is that their response can be a little slow sometimes, but they do follow up. I’d give it 4 stars since it works well for me most of the time.

I raised a issue on Sulekha the support team took many days to get back to me. Even after they replied, the problem was not fully solved, so I had to keep following up again and again. The service is okay overall, but the customer support really needs to be faster and more helpful

I used sulekha.com to look for a nearby service, the booking process was simple. I got options quickly and was able to contact the service person without much hassle. The only thing is, one or two calls took longer than expected to get a response. Has anyone else faced the same issue? Other than that, it definitely saved me from searching all over the place. Overall, a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not perfect, but it was handled properly in the end"
I had taken a plan on sulekha and later decided to cancel it because I realized I didn’t really want to continue with it. When I contacted support, they did take a little time to get back to me, so it wasn’t an instant or super smooth experience. But to be fair, once they responded, they handled the cancellation properly and closed everything as expected. I wouldn’t say the whole process was perfect, mainly because of the waiting part, but overall it was okay and nothing was left unresolved.
